Stoneman Village is designated by HUD as a Senior & Handicapped Facility, a Section 202/8 Program. The Head of Household must be 62 years of age or older; OR the Head of Household or spouse must be above the age of 18 and have a mobility impairment requiring the accessibility of a specially designed mobility apartment.
